Claus Radlberger

I am an executive coach and business consultant with a focus on inner transformation and personal growth. I hold a deep conviction in the innate desire of every individual to become the best version of themselves they can be, to express their full authentic Self and with that have a positive, lasting impact on the world around them. Only if we have the courage to bring our full personal qualities as well as our vulnerabilities to what we do will we be an inspirational force to others around us.

My personality is often described as energetic and warm and I enjoy partnering with my clients to help them define their purpose and goals, face and release limiting patterns or blockages and fully tap into their deeper convictions and inner strengths in order to show up with their full Self and pursue a path to authentic and inspirational leadership.

I bring 20 years’ experience in various executive leadership roles and have worked closely with CEOs, Global Business Leaders and senior HR professionals as well as rising talents. I was instrumental in leading many change initiatives at Royal Philips, which include cultural transformations, rebuilding Management Teams, M&A integrations and large structural organization changes. My last position at Philips was SVP of Human Resources for their Image Guided Therapy sector. My passion has always been talent development and building effective teams. I have coached leaders from the executive level through directors and first-line managers especially during crucial transition phases in their careers.

Next to my Coaching and Consulting practice, I am also teaching at The Hoffman Institute in California and Connecticut. The Hoffman Process is a
week-long residential retreat of transformation and development for people who feel stuck in
one or more important areas of their life. During this personal growth retreat participants are
guided to learn to transform habitual ways of thinking and behaving, align with their authentic
Self, and respond to situations in their life from a place of inner freedom and conscious choice.

Education:
I hold a masters degree in econometrics (economy & mathematics) from the Technical University in Vienna. I have been trained as a professional coach by Performance Consultants International in the UK.

I have lived and worked in three different countries and I coach in English, German and Dutch. I currently live on the North Shore of Boston, US.

My approach and my philosophy have been formed by a very unique mix of a highly analytical training (masters in econometrics) and day-to-day operational and strategic leadership experience in a fast paced multinational, combined with extensive and consistent deep inner work for over 25 years following both ancient traditions of consciousness and self-awareness as well as modern tools for mindfulness, deep transformational change and personal growth.

My work is driven by genuine curiosity, compassion and a whole system thinking approach to strengthen self-awareness and gain new insights, both at individual and at organizational levels. I guide clients to explore and change our learned practices (habits), reveal unconscious beliefs and release trapped sources of energy to discover new aliveness, authenticity and creativity. I work with individual coaching clients as well as with business teams and the entire organization.

Teachers & Inspirations

I want to give credit to some of my teachers who have significantly inspired my work and shaped my perspectives on life.
