Transformation comes more from pursuing profound questions
than seeking practical answers

A four day program which takes us on a journey into ourselves.

The Inner Work of Leadership

Alnoba, Kensington, NH
October 17-20, 2024

The core of what we bring to any Leadership role is who we are as a person, our inner constitution, our values, our beliefs, our energy.
Can we stay calm in the face of a storm? How do we process our emotions? What is my deeper intent, why I do what I do and does it inspire people around me?
This retreat will be offered in partnership with Joy Polefrone, where we will pursue these and other profound questions that shape our interactions with the people around us and experience tested tools from ancient traditions that support us in centering our mind, inspiring with our heart and consciously directing our intent in order to become more aware and more impactful leaders.

With a small group of 8-14 participants on the beautiful land of the Alnoba retreat center, we will create an optimal learning community to journey and explore together in a safe and supportive space.

falling in love with it as it already is.
The same is true for changing ourselves.
